the Daily Photo - One day, one photograph
Richard's photos
Sunday afternoon, Ben on his laptop....
One frame from a lazy Sunday afternoon roll of HP5+ taken around my house last weekend using my Rolleiflex 2.8E Planar TLR. I love this camera for so many reasons....

I realize how much time I spend looking at photos on line. But I love that intent expression.
Isn't 2.8 with a wonderful lens something to behold. People who use zooms don't seem to know what they are missing. And I'm willing to bet this was shot with a slow enough shutter speed that SLR only people would not believe.
Thanks for the comment Michael. Yes, you have been watching Ben grow up haven't you? You know, I went from mostly digital snaps of him as a baby to more and more "old-fashioned" camera and film approach lately. Just has more depth, feel, and substance. Taking the ol' Rolleiflex to San Diego and Joshua Tree National Park next week too with some Tri-X, Acros and FP4. Should have more from this camera soon....
Doh! Not Michael, BOB! Sorry, about that.
