sparkles of the quantum field X3

sparkles of the quantum field X3 (more info)

Quantum Field X3 by Hiru Yamagata consisted of two large cubes measuring 18x18x18 meters and 21x21x21 meters respectively sited outside the Guggenheim Bilbao (Basque Country, Spain) Museum near the riverside group admissions entrance. The sides of the cubes are covered by holographic panels that decompose the light of the sun, generating reflections that create an infinite number of constantly mutating compositions. At night, a tower located near the University of Deusto emits laser beams that bounce off the cubes to fill the intervening space with dazzling reflections, generating a stunning play of light and color. In this photo You can contemplate that vision. 2004-10-23.
