Shot with a Contax T2, Fuji Neopan 400 developed in Microdol-X stock for 8min @ 21C
No flash, just went with camera's meter in AE, handheld, sepia toning added in PS.
Neg scanned with a Nikon LS-4000 using Vuescan.

I've done the same thing with the ContaxG built in meter and got readings very close to an incident reading. I know the exposure is based on what part of the scene you're interested in, but this one has real midtones (sign background lit by neon) and even some shadow detail on the building.
And I really like the way you positioned the shot so the "Steinway Piano's" shows so well while the unimportant top of the sign fades away into the perspective.
