Daytona has a lot of street people that hang out on the boardwalk in the slow season. This duo was being supported by the man in the background who had a short term job screwing the tops of bottles of locally made suntan lotion. He said he learned factory work while making license plates for the state of Missouri (a prison job) for many years. Jeff swore he was still a member of the Hells Angels even though he now needs a walker to get around. His brain power and speech is diminished from years of substance abuse but he told some mighty tall tales.
