Photos like this were what prompted me to shoot a series of all the people on the Boardwalk over a six month period (more info)
There is Spring Break at Daytona, then there is "Black College Reunion" a few weeks later. BCR is all about dressing up and strutting your stuff. These two were actually some of the more sedate participants.
